Software studio for small businesses
Software built around how your business actually works.
Lunaris builds the tools, systems and web applications small businesses use every day — the thing that replaces the spreadsheet, connects the software you already pay for, or becomes the product you sell. Agreed as a fixed price before we start, and delivered on a date you can plan around.
Projects run €1,800–€14,000, with most between €3,500 and €9,000. We reply within one business day.
Every project includes
- A fixed price, agreed before we start
- Something you can try every week
- Full ownership of everything we build
- 30 days of support after launch
01What we do
Six things we do well, and nothing we don't.
We're most useful when off-the-shelf software doesn't quite fit — when your business does something a particular way, and every product you've tried expects you to do it differently. We're also happy to tell you when a ready-made tool would serve you better than anything we could build.
Custom business systems
Software built around your rules rather than someone else's — quotes, orders, bookings, stock, pricing, approvals. The kind of thing you currently do half in a spreadsheet and half by asking a colleague.
€4,000–€10,000
Connecting your tools
Your shop, your accounting, your CRM, your supplier and your delivery company all holding the same numbers, without anyone retyping them. And a clear alert when something doesn't go through, so you hear about it before your customer does.
€1,800–€4,500
Tools for your team
The admin screen, the daily dashboard, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. Unglamorous software that quietly gives a person their week back.
€4,500–€9,500
Web applications
A complete product your customers use — an account area, a booking system, a marketplace, a platform you charge for. Built to be a real first version, not a demo you'll throw away in six months.
€6,500–€14,000
Fixing what you already have
Software that still earns you money but nobody wants to touch, usually because whoever made it is long gone. We work out what it actually does, then improve it a piece at a time instead of starting again from nothing.
€3,500–€12,000
A second opinion
Before you sign a contract, pick a supplier or hire a developer, we look at what's being proposed and tell you plainly what's sound, what's risky and what it should cost. Written down, and with no obligation to use us afterwards.
€900–€1,800
02How we work
Four steps. No surprises in the invoice.
Every project runs the same way. You always know what is being worked on this week, what it costs, and when it lands.
- 01
A first call
Forty-five minutes. You describe the problem in your own words, we ask the questions that matter, and we tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it. Free, and there's no pitch deck.
- 02
A written proposal
Within three business days you get it in writing: what we'll build, what we won't, when it lands and what it costs. If the job is still too vague to price honestly, we say so and suggest a short paid planning phase rather than inventing a number.
- 03
Weekly progress
We work in one-week steps. Every Friday you get a link you can click and try, plus a short update in plain language. Nothing disappears for two months and comes back as a surprise.
- 04
Handover & support
Everything is yours, in your own accounts — the software, the instructions and every password. Thirty days of support are included after launch. After that we can carry on, or your own team takes over. Both are fine.
03Selected work
What's on the bench right now.
We publish a write-up when a project is live and there are real numbers behind it. Until then, here's what we're building — and how.
More coming
We publish a write-up when the project is live and we can show real numbers. No mockups presented as finished products.
Next up: an internal tools project, and a piece of the work above released for anyone to use.
04Why us
Small studio. Real software. Direct line.
You talk to the person building it
No account manager, no handover to a junior once the contract is signed. The person on your first call is the person doing the work.
We get the expensive parts right first
Most of what software costs arrives later, the first time you need it to do something slightly different. We spend the extra time up front on the decisions that are expensive to undo, so year two doesn't cost more than year one.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a number before we start, and that number is what you pay. If you change what you want, we quote it separately and in writing — it never quietly appears on the invoice.
Nothing is locked to us
The software, the accounts and the instructions are yours, and they're written so another developer could pick them up. Staying with us should be a choice, not the only option you have.
Questions we get asked.
Start with the problem.
A couple of sentences about what isn't working is enough. We'll reply within one business day — and if we're not the right studio for it, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
