AI-Native Product Engineering
Full products where the model is part of the system — interface, APIs, jobs — not a wrapper around one.
- Product build
- APIs
- Web
The model is a component. The product is everything around it.
Accounts, permissions, billing, background jobs, an admin screen someone can use at eight in the morning, a database that still answers quickly once the table has grown — none of that gets easier because there is a model in the middle. Most of the build has nothing to do with the model at all.
That part is the practice's day job. We put the model where it earns its place, and build the other nine tenths to the standard the other nine tenths deserve.
What we actually do
- The whole product: interface, API, database, background work
- Accounts, roles and permissions designed in from the first commit
- Model output treated as untrusted input, because that is what it is
- A human path beside every automated one — review, override, correct
- Deployed and monitored, with errors reaching us before they reach you
- Handover: your repository, your accounts, written instructions
Who it’s for
Founders building a first version, and companies turning something they already do into a product other people pay for.
How it runs
Typically six to twelve weeks to a first release, scoped in writing before anything starts.
