Six ways we work with you.
Each engagement is scoped to fit. We don’t staff projects with juniors we don’t have, and we don’t disappear after launch.
What we are, underneath the names.
Lunaris is a software practice in Chișinău. The craft is production engineering — Java and Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, TypeScript and Next.js — and it is what four of these six services actually consist of. A model goes into a system where it earns its place and nowhere else. We are not interested in building something that demos well and falls over in week three.
Engagements
How we structure the work.
Fixed scope
Our default. We agree exactly what is being built, you get one figure and one delivery date in writing, and it doesn’t move unless you change what you asked for. Where an idea is still too open to quote honestly, we propose a short paid scoping phase instead of inventing a number.
Ongoing sprint
Two-week sprints against a rolling backlog, for work that is genuinely open-ended — a product being shaped as it goes, or a system being improved a piece at a time. Every sprint ends in something you can use, and you can stop at the end of any of them.
Team extension
We embed with your team and work inside your process, your repository and your standups. Read this one literally: it means an engineer alongside your people, not a squad. If you need five bodies next month, we are the wrong call and we will say so on the first one.
What we don’t do
We don’t bill by the hour for project work, we don’t charge you for extra scope we suggested ourselves, and we don’t keep control of your accounts in order to keep you as a client.
