What we build, and what it costs.

Six kinds of project, and we go deep on each of them. Below is what each one actually involves, what it typically costs, and how long it takes. If what you need doesn't obviously fit any of these, describe it anyway — we'll tell you whether it's a fit or point you somewhere else.

  • Custom business systems

Software that works the way your business does. Quotes, orders, bookings, stock, pricing, approvals — whatever the moving parts are, with your rules built in rather than a product's assumptions about them. We build these on Java and Spring Boot: a deliberately boring, well-proven choice, so the system is still straightforward to work on in three years and easy to find someone for.

    Who it's for

Businesses whose process has real rules behind it — pricing that depends on several things, stock that has to be right, approvals that must happen in a certain order, money that has to add up.

    Timeline
    3–8 weeks
    Price
    €4,000–€10,000

    What you get

    • A system built around your actual process, not a generic template
    • Your rules enforced by the software, so they can't be skipped by accident
    • Secure logins, with people seeing only what they should
    • Things that need to happen automatically — nightly, weekly, on a schedule
    • Automatic checks that catch mistakes before they reach you
    • Set up and running on your own accounts
    • Written instructions any developer can pick up from
  • Connecting your tools

Getting two systems that were never designed to talk to each other to work together reliably — your shop and your accounting, your CRM and your invoicing, your supplier's system and your stock, a payment provider, a delivery company, a government register. The end of anyone copying numbers from one screen into another.

    Who it's for

Businesses retyping the same information into two places, or living with a connection that quietly drops the occasional order and nobody notices until month end.

    Timeline
    1–4 weeks
    Price
    €1,800–€4,500

    What you get

    • The same information in both systems, kept in step automatically
    • If something fails, it's retried — and nothing is silently lost
    • Nothing gets duplicated when a system is slow or briefly down
    • Checks that the data is valid before it's sent anywhere
    • An alert to you the moment something stops working
    • A short written guide for what to do if the other side goes down
  • Tools for your team

Software for the people inside your company rather than your customers. The admin screen, the operations dashboard, the approval flow, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday — the things that replace a shared spreadsheet and three people asking each other for the current number.

    Who it's for

Operations, finance and support teams whose process has outgrown spreadsheets but doesn't need a large, expensive platform.

    Timeline
    3–7 weeks
    Price
    €4,500–€9,500

    What you get

    • One place where the current numbers live, and they're right
    • Access levels, so people see only what their role needs
    • Search, filtering and export that stay fast as your data grows
    • A record of who changed what, and when
    • Reports that arrive on a schedule instead of being made by hand
    • A training session and written instructions for your team
  • Web applications

A complete product your customers use — a booking system, an account area, a marketplace, a platform you charge for. The part people see and the part underneath that makes it work, built together. Quick enough to launch as a first version, made well enough to still be there in two years.

    Who it's for

Founders launching a first version, and established businesses turning something they already do into a product other people can pay for.

    Timeline
    6–12 weeks
    Price
    €6,500–€14,000

    What you get

    • The full product, designed and built
    • Works properly on phones, tested on real devices
    • Customer accounts, payments and emails where you need them
    • Set up to be found on Google, and fast enough to keep people there
    • Live, monitored, with errors reported to us automatically
    • Thirty days of support after launch
  • Fixing what you already have

Software that still earns you money but has become risky to touch — usually because whoever built it is long gone and nobody is sure what a change would break. We work out what it actually does, make the important parts safe to change, and improve it piece by piece. No six-month rebuild where the business stands still.

    Who it's for

Companies depending on a system nobody currently owns, where every small change is a gamble and quotes to "just rebuild it" keep coming back frighteningly large.

    Timeline
    From 4 weeks, staged
    Price
    €3,500–€12,000 (assessment €900)

    What you get

    • A written assessment of what you have and where the real risks are
    • A plan in stages, each one useful on its own — you can stop after any of them
    • Safety checks put in place before anything is changed
    • Your current system keeps running throughout; nothing goes dark
    • Replaced a piece at a time, at a pace you're comfortable with
    • Your team shown how it works, so you're not dependent on us either
  • A second opinion

You're about to spend real money on software and you'd like someone independent to look first. We review the quote, the plan or the system you're inheriting, and write down plainly what's sound, what's risky, and what it should actually cost. You get it in writing, plus an hour on a call to go through it — and no obligation to use us for the work afterwards.

    Who it's for

Business owners who aren't technical and don't want to be, anyone comparing quotes that differ by a factor of three, and people about to take over or buy a system they haven't seen inside.

    Timeline
    1–2 weeks
    Price
    €900–€1,800

    What you get

    • A written report in plain language, not a slide deck
    • Problems ranked by how serious they are and what they'd cost to fix
    • A straight answer on whether a quote you've been given is reasonable
    • Specific recommendations you can act on, not generic advice
    • An hour on a call to walk through it and answer questions
    • No obligation to hire us for whatever comes next

Included

Standard on every project.

These aren't extras to be sold to you later. They're the baseline, because software without them isn't really finished.

  • A fixed price before we start

Agreed in writing. It doesn't move unless you change what you asked for.

  • Weekly progress you can see

Every Friday: a link you can click and try, and a short update in plain language.

  • Checks that catch mistakes early

Automated testing on the parts where being wrong would cost you money.

  • Instructions that make sense

How it works, how to run it, and what to do if something goes wrong.

  • Alerts when something breaks

You find out about problems from us, not from a customer.

  • Full ownership

The software, the accounts and the passwords are yours on completion.

  • Thirty days of support after launch

    Included, not billed.

Projects

How projects are set up.

  • Fixed-price projects

Our default. We agree exactly what's being built, you get one price and one delivery date, and that's what you pay. Payment is split across the project — usually 40% to start, 30% at the halfway point, 30% on delivery.

  • Paid planning

When an idea is still too open-ended to price honestly, we suggest a one to two week planning phase instead of inventing a number. You come out of it with a clear written plan and a fixed quote — and you're free to build it with anyone, including your own team.

    €900–€1,800

  • Ongoing work

After launch, some clients keep us on for continued improvements. That's arranged as a separate monthly agreement once we've already worked together — never as a condition of the original project.

Where projects usually land

Focused work — connecting two systems, one well-defined tool — runs €1,800–€4,500, and a written second opinion is €900–€1,800. Most projects fall between €3,500 and €9,000. Larger builds run up to around €14,000. Beyond that we'd usually suggest splitting the work into stages you can stop after, rather than committing to everything up front.

What we don't do

We don't bill by the hour for project work, we don't charge you for extra scope we suggested ourselves, and we don't keep control of your accounts in order to keep you as a client.

Start with the problem.

A couple of sentences about what isn't working is enough. We'll reply within one business day — and if we're not the right studio for it, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
